Transcripts

Transcripts include the following information:

  • A list of all courses taken by a student during their enrollment at the ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥;
  • All grades received;
  • Total credits earned for each semester;
  • Total credits earned during the student’s entire period of study;
  • The grade point average for each semester;
  • The cumulative grade point average.

An official transcript is printed on special paper and stamped with the official ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥ seal. The fee for official transcripts is established by the ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥ order for each academic year.Ìý

Transcripts are issued only to the student. The Registrar’s Office may issue a transcript to a third party if authorization is provided by the student. The authorization must be in the form of a letter and contain the student’s name, birth date, signature, and the dates in which the student attended the ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥.
