Dear colleagues,

Please accept my warmest congratulations on your professional holiday, Education Workers’ Day.

Education holds a special place in the life of any society. It shapes our vision of the country’s future, our hopes for the next generation, and the opportunities available to every individual. Behind all of this is your daily work, which requires knowledge, dedication, and a deep commitment to those who are just beginning their journey.

We all remember with gratitude the teachers and mentors who helped us discover our abilities and believe in ourselves. Sometimes, a timely word of encouragement or the support of a mentor can shape a person’s choice of profession and, with it, the course of their life. This is what makes your work so meaningful.

The development of the Kyrgyz Republic is closely connected to the opportunities available to its young people. Through your efforts, you help lay the foundation for their professional growth and encourage them to become responsible and engaged members of society. By preserving our cultural heritage and fostering respect for our country, you help new generations find their place in the modern world. The significance of this work extends far beyond the university classroom.

On this special day, I would like to thank everyone who has dedicated themselves to education. Its achievements are built on the collective efforts of teaching and academic support, thoughtful administrative decisions, and the everyday work of creating an environment where learning can thrive.

I wish you good health and well-being, as well as the support of your loved ones and colleagues. May your ideas become reality, and may your students’ achievements bring you joy and a well-deserved sense of pride. May the care and attention you give to others be met with gratitude, and may your work continue to carry the deep sense of purpose that inspired you to choose this path.

Happy Education Workers’ Day, dear colleagues!
